Poor service and unprofessional

Got a call on 14th January 2021 regards payment for my rcs account to make payment of R500 which I ask the agent to send me the details where to make payment I told them I will make payment the following day which I did through easy pay only to receive minutes later that the account is being handed over to some VVM for collection.
