Poor service and professionalism
I have been calling no answer for 2 weeks and emialed and I was promised a lay by Lerato and I have not received my statement at all.I want to finish paying it...I have payed R2300 and I am not seeing where I am going...I a

12 Sept 2020, 13:02Thanks,I received the statement and there is something I don't understand the fees keep going up...I received a statement February and it said R1901 to round it off amd fees 804 where what I owed...I paid what I had every month..but the fees are now R1334 as if I am doing nothing...I can't keep paying and going no where...I am trying to pay with the little I have but I am going no where
