Good Day, I have just receive a summons in regards to a loan I apparently had with Sanlam (direct axis's) I have communicated with your offices countless times that this account has been prescribed as per act68 of 1969. Your last communication with me was that you will send this back to your client in order for them to decide if that is correct or not. I also asked you guys countless times, via e-mail to send a statement of the a ledge account but to no avail. I also, as per my right as a South African consumer asked countless times to send me a full detailed statement in regards tot his account. I also lodge complaints, countless times on HelloPeter.com about this a ledge account and service I am getting from your company, also to no avail. You do not even bother to contact me in this regard.

What you must do now is, you get the summons, YOU LODGE AGAINST MY NAME, null in void and remove my name form all the ITC'S. I had enough now. My next step is all the mayor newspapers to get this, with all my emails to you to be published.
