POOR SERVICE!!!!!

I've been trying to get my Clearance letter for 2 months now, Phones emailed!!!! YOU DEDUCTED FOR ALL MY ACCOUNTS, which 2 shouldve been aid up and are paid up...ON YOUR SYSTEM. MY PROBLEM IS, NOW other attorneys are calling asking when will I SETTLE THESE ACCOUNTS??? You are unprofessional, QUICK TO DEDUCT huge amounts BUT SLOW to assist when needed.. I WILL NOT BE liable to start all my debt from the start!!!! Ive been having my accounts deducted for the past 2 years. I DO THINK YOU SHOULD GET YOURSELF'S PROPER WORKERS, WITH THE ACCURATE QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED.
