Poor Service

I settled my Edgars Account in August on a discount, and i didn't get a paid up Letter. I received a call from Daly that my Account was not settled, I have been calling Pearl at MBD several times to get my Paid up letter and for them to update my Account as settled...this has not been done....pooor pathetic service at MBD!
