Poor Service

I have called back several times to get paid up letters from MBD, and I am not getting any hot, and I keep been sent from pillar to post. Especially Tebogo and Vanessa had an attitude of note, I have recieved no joy at all from them. I was promised one letter yesterday and one today by 9:30 and now it's 13:20 and still nothing. You guys must find competent people that work for you. I want my letters by close of business today, because it's a real waste of my time calling MBD daily and yet that want to charge me when i ask them to call me back and give me feedback. I have never come across such TERRIBLE service in my life. You guys are really poor.
