poor service

Good Day

For over a week now i have been getting calls from this company at times i cannot answer. no email has been sent. i called back but the company was closed. today a girl called me and having worked for call centers for many years i could tell she was occupied and i kept saying hi for a long time. i could hear her because of the noise in the background and i feel like she threatened me that the calls are charged. also the call me and i answer and they hang up. i wont be paying or those calls. is this how you make your money. this particular agent even hung up after the nonsense she told me. i refuse to take such service because as a customer service i have never given such service. please sort out your agents, that is one of the reason that make people hang up. utterly disgusted.
