Poor Feedback & Response

Having being handed over to MBD Attorneys by MTN, I have faced many challenges with regards the to efficiency & professionalism of this legal firm. In Nov 2015, I was rudely spoken to by a call centre representative of this firm. After continuous attempts to contact this firm in Dec 2015 via their telephone numbers & email addresses provided in emails sent, & also having left a few voice mails, I finally received a balance break down via email from a specific person Linda Vuyisile Mlotshwa on 28/12/2015. I forwarded my concerns that was previously sent to [Email Removed] on 26/11/2015 & [Email Removed] on 28/11/2015 to Mlotshwa's direct email address on 28/12/2015 (it seems that emails & voice mails are not directed to relevant departments). According to a telephone conversation with Mlotshwa in the first week of Jan 2016, he said he had not looked at emails for two weeks, & that he will look through the email I had sent to him & reply within a week. Having not received a reply, I briefly emailed Mlotshwa stating I awaited his response. He later responded queries will be addressed on 25/01/2015 & advised I should forward queries to [Email Removed] NO RESPONSE TILL DATE
