POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Poor business practice!!! I asked them several times to email me my statement but all I get is empty promises. They would call me when I ask them to, but they just don't honor their promises. I really need my account statement. I tried their website; it says no statement only payments made. All I want from them is to send me my statement. This is so unprofessional of them.
