Poor customer service and delivery

I want to find out how I can veiw my account on a monthly basis I need to know where I stand with my debt I can't afford to pay for something while I receive no statements.

Bottomline is I need to be able to manage my account and with your frequent non-existing emails and calls that take forever to be answered and when you eventually do the service is just nonsense.

I can't get a statement on my account when I need one this is not acceptable.

Resolve this issue asap
