Poor customer service

My truworths account was handed over to them for collection. I decided on a debit order option as this would have made things easier and have my account updated. I have been paying for over a year and have never received any statements to help me track the account or any updates as to the balance. I have contacted them so this be sent to me and received an email of a settlement offer. My account is still being debited but no statements are being sent
