Poor approach. Appalling MBD credit consultant

I am appalled by the way I've been treated by this company. It is their first contact with me through my first financial crisis of which I cannot control because I am unemployed. Instead I get a call from one of MBD's credit consultants with a condescending disrespectful tone who continually screamed and shouted in my ear as if I am not aware of my situation and would not change her belittling tone when speaking to me. As a result I couldn't even get her name because she went straight for the **** and was not considerate of my responses. I never thought that at this predicament in my life I'd be treated like a low class citizen, no chance of respect here.
