Please update my ITC & Payment accordingly

On the 28 April i called MBD to request the discount on my loan account since i was intending to settle it and they refused to give me discount as well as the settlement offer in writting. i then went to woolworths to obtain it in writting, which was R4760 which i paid it and then later found out from MBD that there's still an outstanding amount of R923 which i thing it's was the legal fees however i really find it strange as to why would these attorneys refuse to give the clients discounts because other attorneys give one to the clients. It's clear that they want to milk us dry.<br> <br> To add the cherry on top. When i checked my ITC reports i discovered that my payment was not updated and they advised me that it was done. When i called transunion they told me that no instruction was recieved from the creditors, so clearly these people think that i'm an idiot. It's strange because if you don'y pay they are too quick to list you but once you have paid them the took forever to delist you or update your payment. That's ridiculous. PLZ UPDATE MY CREDIT PROFILES
