PLEASE STOP CALLING ME

Please, please stop pestering me regarding my account. Seriously. I made an arrangement to pay a certain amount by a certain date and make these payments on time and have never missed one. STOP CALLING ME to tell me I skipped a payment when YOUR system hasn't been updated!! I keep records of payments which I have sent through MULTIPLE times and yet you insist I am behind. Also stop calling me to remind me of payments. I AM AWARE, WHICH IS EVIDENT AS I HAVE NEVER SKIPPED A PAYMENT. I am sick and tired of seeing your number appear on my phone and your horrible service, to boot. The last time I answered one of your calls your helpful consultant all but yelled at me. He was rude and obnoxious. If I still skipped my payments I would understand BUT I DON'T.
