Please stop calling

If I could give zero stars, I would!

I have cancelled my contract with Cell C I received my last statement on 8 July, indicating that my closing balance is zero.

The problem now is that MBD is calling me numerous times a day - starting at 07:00 in the morning to follow up on an outstanding balance supposedly owed to Cell C in June.

I have explained the situation to the various callers, referred them back to Cell C, and tried to resolve this with Cell C directly, but all my efforts have failed. I have shared the reference number as part of the additional information that MBD supp**** by SMS.

Please stop calling me regarding an amount owed to Cell C. My account is closed and my balance is 0.

Please take this up with Cell C.
