Please pay over my money to Direct Axis

My Direct Axis CashPower loan was handed over to MBD Attorneys for collection. On 31 July 2020, I paid an amount of R60 814.20 to MBD Attorneys in settlement of the account. I subsequently received two paid up letters from MBD Inc on the 11th and 19th August confirming that the loan is paid up and that Direct Axis has been notified of the payment and to update the credit bureaus accordingly.

However, I have recently became aware that MBD has not paid over the money to Direct Axis and my account still reflects as outstanding at Direct Axis. It has been over a month since I settled the account but MBD is sitting with the money and not paying it over to Direct Axis. Can my money please be piad over to Direct Axis or I will be taking this up further with the law society and the council of debt collectors and other available legal avenues if the money is not paid over.
