<p>"MBDCS" (likely "MBD Credit Solutions" linked to the MBD group - not known for competence but known for impersonal, one-size-fits-all harrassment tactics ) robo-called in on a business line, without identifying themselves and an automated message of "Please Hold, Your Credit Health Depends On It".</p> <p>If your company calls mine for a personal matter with an employee, why should I or any other staff member hold until your agents decide to pick up the phone your side??? You can bet next time we hear that automated message, we won't!</p>
