Pleasant Surprise......from Joseph Aphane of MBD
Summary Excellent service from Joseph Aphane!!!! -He has good listening skills. -Great work ethic. -Genuine interest in client satisfaction. -Good problem detection skills combined with good problem solving skills. -Good product/service knowledge. -Responds to emails immediately (responded to my emails immediately after I dropped the call. Suggestion to MBD. Make this a manager. Use his recorded call as training material and all your bad reviews will be gone in 6 months. This was the first time getting proper assistance after 3 weeks of reaching out to MBD. Unfortunately Joseph is so good he might be headed hunted too soon.

07 Jul 2023, 12:52The positive reveiw was only for Joseph Aphane not MBD. MBD has not assisted me yet. Joseph did his part with excellence after 3 weeks of not getting anyone to just listen. I wrote that review 2 weeks ago. Still no assistance...but guess what the excellent Joseph had the decency to send me an email checking if my issue has been resolved. If you ever had an interaction with MBD you know that such a thing does not ever happen at MBD. He did is part but unfortunately he had to escalate my issue to someone else who is not like him. 5 more stars for Joseph Aphane 1 star for MBD.
