MBD service

<div>After months of harassments we agreed on a settlement deal with MBD which I was promised that I will get a settlement letter within 7days, after payment I sent emails with the proof of payment but no response, when I called them they said they can see that I made a payment I must wait for the letter, we are on the 12th day since I made a payment, no response from MBD, no letter, none communication whatsoever. I need that letter I need to move on with my life, my credit record is negatively affected.</div>
