Personal Loan for year 2006 Nedbank

<p>As per our telephone conversation this morning with Nakita at Nedbank, i would like to inform you that on the 30/07/2013 i have gone under debt review and there was nothing of this Nedbank account on my ITC since than i have never received any phone calls, summons or a Sheriff at my door for this Nedbank account. This account is showing it was opened on the 05/01/2006 whereby i have received nothing from Nedbank claiming this money. This account is more that 10 years old and no one tried getting in contact with me. As from the year 2016 this account never reflected on my ITC profile up until today.</p> <p>I have been cleared from debt review end March 2016. For all the accounts that was on my ITC then. Then on the 01/07/2016 i have app**** for vehicle finance through Nedbank MFC and it was approved on the 04/07/2016 and i collected the vehicle on the 05/07/2016. So how can i received vehicle finance from you whereby this was still owing to you.</p> <p>I have also received a call from Zinhle at MBD. I have spoken to Jeffery today at MBD and he has got no records to forward to me regarding this matter, as per him he told me that all he have is starting date of account and nothing else.</p> <p>Please find attached ITC proof that shows that this account has been paid in full and is closed.</p> <p>Please also find attached my clearance certificate from BebtBusters that confirms all the account that was on my ITC when i went on to debt review has been paid up.</p> <p>Please can you update all records remove my name from all credit bureaus and from MBD because as per my knowledge i don't owe anything.</p> <p>Please sort this out ASAP or than i have no other choice but to take this matter further to the ombudsman for further assistants.</p>
