Persistant irritant calls

MBD agents have been calling telling me that I have an account with Truworths, despite numerous times telling them I dont have,They dnt want to take the case number as I told them I have opened a case re :number of acc open under my name,are they legit?thier agents are rude and impatient and want you to abide by thier stupid rules they wanted me to submit my signatures and my id. I told them to back off but continue calling like they life depend on me making this payment for the acc I didnt even open.
