Perpetual Harassment

For the last year I have been hassled by MBD over a Cell C account that I have repeatedly asked them to furnish me with proof that I owe monies on. They never respond to my e mails where I have requested the account type, date delivered, type of handset, contract number,imei number, banking details given to them, method of payment, signed contract, period of contract,...They hassle me non stop. By simply Googeling there name I have come across some very disturbing reports about them. It seems they buy up Corporate Companies debtors books and hassle people for payment even if the debt is prescribed. This makes sense as to why they cannot/will not provide proof of the account. They then hassle for payment claiming they avg on behalf of.....m meanwhile back at the ranch! So now once again mdb I am asking you to provide me with proof of my debt to Cell C-your client? I have E-mailed you on many occasions to do this to no avail. You won't get a cent out of me for something I do not owe on. I suggest you also Google your company and have a good look at how the public percieve you on social media sites, blogs etc. You are not professional and act in a very ************ manner.
