Percy is an unfit manager who dont respond to emails or callback request

I hereby confirm that since the complaint sent on the 19th November I has received no feedback. I honestly wonder how Percy got his managerial position. I have receipt of emails i sent to him from the 18th and Never has he rep**** with a solution even once, I demanded a call back from him nothing, they say he just has to download and send. Even the people I called say they dont know how to help me further. He is tarnishing the reputation of the company and I won't be shocked if I write here again. I am in a position of filing a formal complaint with my lawyer against the firm coz this is just unacceptable is so many levels the waste of my time and resources calling, texting, emailing its real Bull Sh**t
