Payment not appearing in their account

<p>Good day</p> <p>i have 2 accounts with MBD Attorneys. last month on the 15/08/2016 i depposited an amount of R761.00 into their account with the reference of my RCS account which is ********** ********** 11. i paid an extra amount of R386.00 so I have been trying to call them to let ask them to transfer that extra amount to my Home Choice account which is also with them but every consultant tells me that the R361.00 does not appear in their system and I even went to the bank and the bank consultant confirmed that the amount is with the MDB account. they keep referring me customer care and they dont pick up the phone, it just rings then they hang up. Please I need help as i feel there is no way that the money could not appear in their system.</p>
