Payment not appearing in their account

<p>its been almost 3 months now since i have been enquiring about the payment i made on the 15/08/2016 that MBD says they have no record of that amount. i have been communicating with Abram who always promises to phone back but he never does. today i spoke to this lady, she was actually calling regarding something else so i decided to ask her since she was calling from MBD. she told me to contact RCS to ask about that payment because the payments goes to them first (RCS) before MBD could receive it, i wonder how true is that whereas when i deposi money it goes straight to MBD account. im so disappointed, if it was me not paying, they would have been calling me everyday harassing me.</p> <p>please help because im now about to contact my lawyers.</p>
