Payment made without being cleared

I paid my Edgars account April 2020 and i was told that i will receive my paid up letter. To my surprise i'm being called and sent messages regarding the payment i have made already. My credit score is being affected as well because of the debt I've paid already, i am not being cleared and MBD lawyers are not easy to get, tried to call them many times without any luck...
