Payment made but still receiving SMS

I Made a payment to MBD on the 18/11/2015 at 14h42 to Std Bank Account MBD Truct Account5 Account no ***0 for the amount of R2904.35 as full and final settlement on my Virgin active account.<br> I am still receiving SMS saying that I have failed to pay this account. I have emailed the proof to Tshidiso Pasha on the 20th already. How long does it take you people to allocate a payment ? This was in your account on the 18th already as it was from std bank to std bank. I also want a paid up letter on this asap, as I am tired of receiving these sms's<br> If I do not get a paid up letter within the next day and if the sms's still do not stop, I will be forced to request that the payment with reversed by my bank<br> R
