Payment certificate/email and reimbur*****t forms.

I was told that I will receive a payment certificate/email accompanied by reimbur*****t forms so that I can fill in my account details and get my R2944.66 which I overpaid MBD. I need my money back and they also confirmed that they owe me and will be paid ,but now they don’t mention anything about it. Please help.
