Payment Arrangements

<p>I have been handed over to MBD by Standard Bank. I first called standard bank regarding the payment and they told that I can pay into my credit card and fax proof of payment to MBD. I paid R7000 into my credit card and standard bank confirm receiving the payment with me. I then called MBD for special arrangements of which they did . after making those special arrangements I asked the lady who was assisting me to send me a confirmation letter for the arrangements made and she asked me to send an e-mail to whoever she was . I didn't get any response. I called the next day and she promised to send me the letter , till today I'm still waiting for the letter and my employer want to see the letter. I called their offices but there is no response . now I don't know what to do cause even the bank, standard bank is not helping me . their consultants just hang up the phone on me. is this a quality service or what? all i need is a payment arrangement letter from MBD Attorneys . I have paid already and willing to pay the rest of the money. R 7000 I not a piece of cake is a sign of commitment . they have accepted the payment arrangement but cannot send me a mear letter for the arrangements i have made. </p>
