Payment Agreement

Good day

Please assist as I called MBD Attorneys on the 4th of August and set up a payment agreement on an account I had with Cell C as it was now handed over to them. I spoke to a lady by the name of Phathiswa who told me that everything we agreed on will be mailed to me the next day, till today I have not received any mail and when calling them now for a follow up I'm given the run around. I really need the mail to be sent to me before the end of today as I am applying for employment where they need that agreement. I was given a number for the team leader Phumzile but after several calls I made non were answered. The reference number provided is ***.I have even send them several mails but no response. Please assist as I need the mail ASAP
