Payed for an account that was settled

This company black listed me for my vodacom account that was paid by vodacom in full because I had dispute with vodacom regarding me having to pay for service not rendered.I paid R770.50 They said they will contact me its been more than 14 days I want my refund and they must remove my name on transunion.They are ripping people off.
