Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!! I demand better treatment!1!!

<p>Good Day!</p> <p>I am not happy with the way I was treated today!!! Your consultants are disgustingly rude. Do they think I don't want to pay? I did not ask to be retrenched... and I did not ask to not get an income for months. Some things are beyond our control! you need to train them on how to speak to clients and how to empathize/sympathize with clients!!!! The way I was treated was disgusting, as if I don’t want to pay. if I had a choice I would move This Virgin Active outstanding balance elsewhere. I was called at a time that was not convenient. I was at work and extremely busy! The consultant did not bother asking if I had a few minutes to spare she just went in. My mind was not there as I was coordinating a conference at work. I was not paying any attention and I told her but she still carried on talking. I then asked the lady to call after 4pm she said they closed at 2pm then I told well unfortunately I can only be free after 4pm she scheduled for Monday and asked what time I said before 9… I carried on talking only to realize she cut the call on me. No goodbye or a thank you; nothing. That is rude and uncalled for. I will not accept such behavior from your *********** staff!!! You demand my money and this is the treatment I get??? She is not the first last week another called me during the day but I cannot talk during working hours I asked to be called after 4 that day. Guess what? I waited till 4:30pm and no one called me. If a client schedules to be called at a certain time, please train your staff to follow up its not our job to too. Not only are they wasting my time but inconveniencing me!!! Because I owe it does not mean I should be treated like garbage because I don’t want to say nasty things that will make them hate their jobs even more. listen to that call because action needs to be taken. Then ask yourselves why clients block your numbers or don’t take your calls! No one wants to speak to a rude person and be made to feel like sh*t. This needs to be dealt with!!!! I am really not happy with this.</p> <p>Secondly could I please get assistance with my login and password credentials for my profile online as well as a breakdown of how much I owe in total. Thank you.</p> <p> </p>
