Pathetic service from MBD Attorneys

MBD Attorneys / Discovery Bank It truly amazes me the professionalism of MDB attorneys. I am shocked. It truly is embarrassing when companies like mbd attorneys present themselves like this.

What annoys me the most is the *********** people you employ to call clients. I received 7 calls in 2 days from MBD. 6 of these calls I could clearly hear someone on the other end. The first call I spoke to some women who after I answered took like 10 sec to just repeat her greeting again then she got my name wrong before even saying who she is or from where she is calling, she cut the call. Not half an hour later this same number calls me, I answered, I could clearly hear breathing on the other end, it lasted like more than 10 sec then again, the person cut the call. Did not say a word. I received a SMS saying I must call MBD. I traced all these numbers to MBD.

Now my question is why MBD calls clients then not speak to them. Is it just to annoy people. Are they that pathetic? This is not the first time. Do they really think I will call them back after this. Are the people you employ really that lazy and *********** that they can’t even call a client. Really embarrassing. Then suddenly I remembered why I moved my life insurance, vitality, medical aid, policies, bank acc etc. to another company. It’s sad that discovery allows this, these lazy lot represent you and it reflects on discovery too.

MBD should really do something about this unprofessional, *********** lazy people working for them(especially the call clients). If she is too lazy to do her work, find someone who does. The woman she sounds like she is half asleep(maybe she was, that’s why she took so long). I will not call back because of your incompetence. I will not hold when you call me because when I do(after your recording) your lazy agents cut the call or say “hello” then cut the call. Anyway you call me, why should I hold… really who does that.)

For your information, my account is up to date as agreed upon with Discovery. And from now on I will speak to discovery only regarding my acc.

MBD attorneys call agents are utterly unprofessional, *********** and just plain common lazy. No wonder they have such a bad name on Sosial media. Discovery wake-up.
