Pathetic service from MBD

I paid up my account on the 21st of September via direct transfer. Payment received and confirmed by Evodia Van der Merwe who promised to send a paid up letter within 7 working days, to this end I am still waiting for this letter. I have made numerous follow up calls and emails have been sent to Evodia which have been been ignored, no response all. They are quite eager to harass you for their money, once you pay, the run!
