PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MBD

Enough cannot be said about MBD attorneys. For months they harassed me about some gym fees nonsense to the extent that their actions bordered on ridiculous. Out of sheer frustration I then just decided to contact them to pay the lousy R2000.00. I don't even think my peace of mind is worth R2000.00. I called, emailed and no one bothered to respond.<br> <br> a week later some call Centre agent calls me threatening me with legal action for the unpaid account, come on, u didn't call me and threaten me when I called you to discuss my account and even emailed countless times with no response.<br> don't even bother responding to this with your generic \we will look into it emails"because they are downright pathetic.<br> <br> Invest in well informed call Centre agents that are going to call me and read out a stupid script about the threat of legal proceedings. for all its worth I have paid the account in full at the club that I used to gym at so don't even bother calling me again."""
