I have to resort to Hello Peter because you do not return calls nor do you contact me back via email.

Please be advised that I have tried to contact your offices on numerous occasions to try and put this matter to bed, however my husband and I are constantly getting harassed by your call center agents for payment when this account has been settled on the 08th of September 2021.

I have chatted to your Zama Zwane on the 08th of September 2020 at 12H48 for 11minutes and 46 seconds. Arranging this account to be settled and closed. I would like you to go and listen to that conversation.

I have further sent proof of payment in the sum of R 5 712.55 on the 08th of September 2021 to your Percy. Then again on the 10th of September 2021 attaching proof of payment and I have requested a Notice of Withdrawal of Action, to which I have to date not received a response.

I assumed this matter was settled when we were not contacted by your offices in this regard. However, I was clearly wrong. We have been getting calls for payment in the sum of R 34.00 outstanding and was further advised that we still owe an amount of R 11 000.00 which is a huge surprise to me.

To my email, I have attached the letter sent to my husband on the 08th of September 2021. We confirmed with Zwane that we have nominated to pay the full and final amount of R 5712.55.

Further I attached proof payment in the aforesaid sum.

I have spoken to Percy on the 15th of November 2021, and he said he would check his records and revert within 30 minute of the same day. To-date, neither my husband nor I have heard from him. I called again and spoke to Gloria Mbube.

I have also called various times on the 17 November 2021 trying to get ahold of Percy or Zama Zwane, to which I was given the run around. I was told by Neo Thrice from your offices that I should re-send the email to her, and she will get more information on the matter and will get Percy to contact me. Yet again I have not received a response from her or Percy.

I would appreciate a response in this regard to my account being closed and settled.
