Pathetic Service
Really pathetic service! I emailed them for the first time on the 20th September and no reply. Note that this is the email address on their site. They have me listed as in arrears on TWO accounts that I paid up YEARS ago. I just need my Credit Bureau update done???? This is seriously affecting my credit profile and I am trying to clear my name
