Pathetic Service

I paid my account in 2020, June. I recently discovered that I'm still listed as owing money. I contacted MBD to request my paid up letter so I can forward it in order to get my name removed from the system but hitherto nothing. Since November they started harassing me again for payments but they never respond to my calls, emails. I email and call every month, but I am not getting any response
