Pathetic service

Reading other reviews it's clear that I am not the only one who has had a pathetic service with MBD, I wonder why they are still operating because this is nonsensical. Since the 12th of December we've requesting a paid-up letter to date none has been received. Despite the number of calls and emails sent, they keep saying it takes 48hours to generate such letters. A number of 48 hours have passed since the 12th, this ridiculous honestly.
