Pathetic service

Absolutely impossible getting hold of anyone at MBD. I made payment to all accounts and no paid up letter was provided. They don't reply to the online platform, emails or phone calls (when I eventually get through to someone) The answer is always the same: they acknowledge that my account is fully paid and promise to mail me the letter after confirming the address but the letter never arrives. Months have gone by and still no resolution after they received payment in full.
