pathetic service

<p>received a call this morning from mbd incorporated requesting to make payment arrangements for an outstanding account with vodacom which i do not have, the guy that was calling was so rude and did not give me a chance to explain, after telling him i do not owe vodacom his telling me to prove it because its not his job to do his homework as he is dealing with the head office and not the branch. i then managed to ask what was this contract for and he tells me a cellphone which proved that he had no clue as to what he was requesting money for.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have received many call about this and there is no outstanding account with vodacom which i confirmed with vodacom, these guys are pathetic, calling people requesting payment and they dont even know what the account is for.</p> <p> </p> <p>if anyone from mbd calls me again requesting money which i dont owe to anyone i will give them a piece of my mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
