To whom it may concern

I sent a letter to *** on 13/09/2019 to advise that I’m no longer employed and would like to reduce my installments before the debit order goes off and to date I have not received feedback.

What is the purpose of making an arrangement when people don’t attend to your emails. But will be making endless calls to want money you don’t have.
