Pathetic serive

This company deserved no rating. Its a negative rating from my side.

i have been requesting an updated statement since March 2020. I have email kedibone and thlaleng, they have read my e-mails and totally ignored them. i am reaching settlement and i need to see that the outstanding amount is correct according to my records. They never seem to answer their phones and even if they do no one seems to know anything, you are pushed to different people.

they harass you for payment but a simple statement is so hard to retrieve from the stupid and useless team of workers.
