PATHETIC, RUBSIH FIRM
absolutely shocking for a legal firm!!! I DO NOT OWE VIRGIN ACTIVE ANY MONEY yet MBD's POOR quality of untrained and informed staff continue to harass me! they have barred me from virgin active and even after agreeing to pay they give me a bad attitude and won't even supply an arrangement letter - their manager Edwin is no example of a manger and is worse that the untrained agents his number is ***.
they deserve to be reported to the legal coucil!
