Pathetic customer service.

This had been the single most terrible experience having my account passed to MBD credit solutions. They are hasty to take your money but once the account is settled they unable to assist with confirmation or a paid up letter. Since my settlement I have followed up on numerous occasions for a paid up letter, no one has assisted me. I've been passed from pillar to post to get this done. To make matters worse. They passed my settled account over to have a judgment put against my name. And Still no one can assist me?!
