Pathetic company

Mbd agents used to call me twice everyday until I decided to get them off my back and settle my Vodacom account, not even a thank you sms or a phone call to acknowledge the payment. Today is 3 months and I still haven't received my paid up letter, I mean what nonsense of a company is this? I'm always told to wait for 48 hours before receiving it but until today it hasn't been sent. On the 26th of March I was assisted by Sabelo and he assured me that the latest day for me to receive my letter would be by Friday 28th March before 12h00. I think it's time this company gets reported so that it can be investigated.
