Pathetic assistance from Mbd its easy to collect money hard to help customers

Received a call at 7am this morning called back and heard it's MBD selected call back option , she called back and asked for my ID no , provided it to her there's no record as my accounts are all paid in full as im trying to get my name of the credit burea and i asked her which credit burea they use she says she doesnt know if its paid they will remove it when they feel like , its so easy to ruin peoples lives financially when this country we live in is a struggle but eventually when you make head way you have these company's who can never help you or think it's a darn joke what they caused you
