Pathetic and ***********

On Thursday 21/06/2018 i recieved a call regarding a payment arrangement that i made and adhered to ever since making the arrangement. I always did my payment via eft however i was told that i have to start making payment via debit order. The agent that i spoke to, told me that this is the only way and i can not make payment via eft anymore. I know this is not true so i asked for the supervisor whose name is Lesiba. He then told me the same story and he told me that every call that MBD makes is charged out to me and i will never see my interest going down as they will always call me. Now to me this is harrassment and whats the use making a payment arrangement if the outstanding amount will never go down. MBD is extremely useless. Whenever they call there is extremely loud gospal music playing in the background and you can barely hear the agents. They are unproffessional and ***********. After they called me, they then called me a further three times just so that i get charged for the call. I asked to speak to a senior however they refuse to put you through and they don't ever give you a chance to speak. I am definitely going to see legal advise and i will take this up further.
