Pathetic and *********

I have been trying to get a paid up letter for a year now. They could easily get hold of me to the point of harrassment when I was still paying off my debt even if I wasn't in arrears. I spoke to Kgomotso requesting a paid up letter. Every time I am told it will take a few days. The request has been submitted. I am also told I cannot request within the next 7 days. A YEAR HAS PASSED! 7 DAYS AT A TIME. NO LETTER.
