Pathetic and always promising lies.

MBD Legal Collections Pty (Ltd) has refused to update my information on the credit bureau (CompuScan and TransUnion to be exact) since March 2021. I've requested this after a letter confirming the account has been closed and every month there after, but still to date it hasn't been done. I've even informed them that CompuScan is refusing to update my information as they claim to be waiting for them (MBD) to send it through (even with me sending through the letter as confirmation).

This a nightmare and I wish MBD can just be diligent for once and do the right thing.
